Using Property Trades to Create Real Estate Sales

What? “The Home Trade Club™” is a matching service that identifies compatible “Haves” and “Wants” for Home Trade Club™ Members.

• “Haves”: Existing property available for sale

• “Wants”: Desired property to be purchased

Who? “Home Trade Club™ Members” are licensed REALTORS® representing properties with clients that are open to exploring trade opportunities.

Where? “El Dorado, Placer, & Sacramento Counties”

How? “Collecting & Sharing Information”. Information is collected, analyzed, and provided to Home Trade Club™ Members as matches are identified.

Home Trade Club™ meetings are held every Tuesday in order to exchange information and discuss potential matches and trades.

Our first trade (a 3-way trade with three listed properties) closed escrow in November.

Our second trade (a 2-way trade with two listed properties) closed escrow in January.

Our third trade (a 2-way trade with two listed properties) closed escrow in July.

Our fourth trade (a 2-way trade with two listed properties) is closed in August..

Upcoming Meetings

Our meetings are held at RE/MAX Gold in El Dorado Hills.

Of course, any agent from any region is invited to participate in any and all meetings, regardless of location. We simply hope a periodic change of venue may lead to involvement of more agents in adjacent communities.

The next Home Trade Club Meeting will be April 30th at 1:00 at RE/MAX Gold in El Dorado Hills, Town Center.
