The El Dorado County Association of REALTORS® (EDCAR) will be holding a “Holiday Craft & Trade Fair” on Thursday, December 3rd from 1:00 to 7:00 at the Cameron Park Community Center. Attached below is a flyer with all of the details.
El Dorado County Association of REALTORS® “12th Annual Chili Feed” Bus Trip

The 12th Annual Chili Feed & Silent Auction will be held at Lyon Real Estate in Fair Oaks on Wednesday, November 18th, with proceeds going to both Salvation Army CanTree and C.A.R.E. (Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate). As was the case last year, the El Dorado County Association of REALTORS® (EDCAR) has arranged for a bus to take a group from El Dorado Hills to the event. Space is limited, so please be sure to register soon if you would like to participate. Attached below is a flyer with all of the details.
“Turkey Bowl” Bowling Tournament – Post Event Video

Our first bowling tournament – hosted by El Dorado County Association of REALTORS® (EDCAR) with net proceeds benefiting Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate (C.A.R.E.) was held on November 3rd, 2009 and was a huge success. Participants had a great time and we raised over $1,000 to the benefit of our non-profit organization.

We are pleased to announce our first “Turkey Bowl” bowling tournament, with proceeds going to C.A.R.E. (Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate). The event will be Tuesday, November 3rd from 11:30 to 2:30 at Knotty Pines in Pollock Pines. All player teams are currently sold out, but there are still sponsorship opportunities. “Backpacks for Kids” Charitable Cause – New Delivery Video

Concurrent with our planning for the 2009 EDCAR Charity Golf Tournament in recent months (see www.EDCARforKids.com), we have been buying and collecting material for our “Backpacks for Kids” program, and have been putting together these special backpacks. We completed our latest batch of backpacks this week, which were brought to our Shingle Springs Tour Meeting yesterday so that other real estate professionals could see what we have put together.

Tickets are now available for purchase to play in the 2009 EDCAR Charity Golf Tournament – we recommend securing your spot today, as early bird registrations (those received by July 31, 2009) will save money. All proceeds will benefit our “Backpacks for Kids” program, which buys material and accepts donated items to put together our own age and gender-specific backpacks for children in El Dorado County. These backpacks are distributed by Child Protective Services case workers.
Fairplay “Passport Weekend” Wine Tasting Event June 28th-29th, Benefiting C.A.R.E.

We are now selling tickets to our upcoming wine tasting event and dinner in Fairplay, benefiting Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate (C.A.R.E.). We will have live music and food at four local wineries on Saturday and Sunday, June 28th and 29th. Learn more at www.CareGives.org.
